01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and the operator of the DW999 platform ("DW999", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at dw999.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of the DW999 website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, promotional offers and any related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering or rollover requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player from their own personal financial accounts, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before processing withdrawals or as otherwise directed by the operator or its compliance obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" means the total value of qualifying bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region from which access to the Platform is prohibited under the operator's licence conditions or applicable law.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any action described in Section 8 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the Platform.
• "Services" means all games, sports betting markets, live dealer products, promotions and support facilities available on the Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which certain account functions on the Platform are displayed for users in Pakistan.

03 Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to the DW999 Platform is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you are accessing the Platform, whichever is greater. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you meet this age requirement. DW999 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time, and to suspend or close any Account found to belong to an underage individual. Any winnings generated by an underage user will be forfeited.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ascertain whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction. DW999 makes no representation that the Services are available or appropriate in any specific country. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal do so entirely at their own risk and legal liability.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Holding multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a Prohibited Activity. Where multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, DW999 reserves the right to close all but one Account, to void any bonuses claimed across duplicate Accounts, and to withhold any winnings generated in breach of this rule.

3.4 Personal Use Only

Accounts may only be used by the registered Account holder for personal, recreational entertainment purposes. Accounts must not be opened, managed or operated on behalf of third parties. Any commercial, syndicate or professional betting operation conducted through a personal Account is prohibited.

04 Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Account Registration

To access the full range of Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested in the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. DW999 reserves the right to request updated or additional information at any time.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

DW999 is required to conduct identity and document verification as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and in certain other circumstances at the operator's discretion, you will be required to submit supporting documents. Acceptable documents may include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National Identity Card — CNIC — for Pakistani residents);
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three (3) months (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used to make deposits;
• Source of funds documentation where required by AML compliance procedures.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by DW999 may result in the suspension or closure of your Account and the withholding of pending withdrawal requests until compliance requirements are met.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. DW999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. You must notify DW999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. DW999 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Players may make deposits to their Account using the payment methods listed in the Platform's live cashier. Available methods, minimum and maximum deposit amounts, transaction fees (if any) and processing timelines are displayed in the cashier and may change without prior notice. Payment methods referenced in any educational content on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited for contextual familiarity only. DW999 makes no representation that any specific payment provider permits gambling transactions or endorses DW999. Players must verify the currently accepted methods in the live cashier at the time of deposit.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods previously used to make a deposit and/or to a payment method verified as belonging to the Account holder. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines are specified in the cashier. DW999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals cannot be made from Bonus Fund balances that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement.

5.3 Currency

Account balances for Pakistani users are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Any currency conversion, where applicable, will be performed at a rate determined by the Platform at the time of the transaction. DW999 is not responsible for any currency exchange losses.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered on the DW999 Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games and contribution percentages will be set out in the promotion-specific terms. For illustrative purposes only: a PKR 5,000 bonus subject to a 30× wagering requirement would require PKR 150,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, a maximum single-bet limit applies while Bonus Funds are active in your Account. Placing bets in excess of this limit during bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, regardless of whether the wagering requirement has been met.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used within the expiry period specified in the promotion terms will be removed from the Account without compensation. Players are responsible for monitoring bonus expiry dates.

6.5 Abuse & Misuse of Bonuses

DW999 reserves the right to refuse, cancel or reclaim bonus funds in the event of suspected bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, use of low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and any other conduct deemed by DW999 to constitute exploitation of promotional offers. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at DW999's reasonable discretion.

07 Gameplay & Betting Rules

7.1 Game Outcomes

Casino game outcomes on the DW999 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer products, by the outcome of a physical game managed by a live dealer in a studio environment. DW999 does not manipulate game outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are sourced from the relevant technology partner and are presented as theoretical long-term averages — they do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on DW999 — including markets on Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and other events — are subject to the specific rules of each market as displayed on the Platform. Odds are subject to change prior to the acceptance of a bet. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it stands at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation.

7.3 Void Bets

DW999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable cut-off period, or affected by circumstances that render the market settlement impossible. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account.

7.4 System Errors

In the event of a system error, software malfunction or technical failure that results in an incorrect game outcome or incorrect odds being displayed, DW999 reserves the right to void the relevant bet or game round. DW999 is not liable for any losses or winnings that arise directly from a demonstrable system error.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the DW999 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information;
• Using another person's identity or payment credentials without authorisation;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human means to place bets, interact with games or otherwise use the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities or unintended game mechanics for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players or DW999 staff members;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or attempting to profit from information relating to the manipulation of a sporting event;
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any purpose connected to the proceeds of criminal activity;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or DW999 support staff;
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gambling restrictions, self-exclusion agreements or Account limits.

09 Responsible Gambling

DW999 is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. Players are strongly encouraged to use the responsible gambling tools available in the Account dashboard, including:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits — cap the amount you can lose over a defined period;
• Session Time Limits — set a maximum duration for each gaming session;
• Reality Checks — receive on-screen notifications at set intervals showing your session duration and net result;
• Self-Exclusion — request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed before the minimum exclusion period has elapsed.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the DW999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations and the overall structure and layout of the website — is the intellectual property of DW999 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of DW999.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DW999, its directors, employees, partners and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any Services;
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain account security;
• Any system errors, technical failures or software malfunctions;
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform;
• Any reliance on information published on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, RTP figures or educational content.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by DW999's negligence.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Closure by DW999

DW999 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, and to withhold funds pending investigation, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected Prohibited Activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or any legal or regulatory requirement. Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any balance in the Account may be forfeited.

12.2 Closure by the Player

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting DW999 support. Prior to closing an Account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures. Players seeking Account closure for responsible gambling reasons are encouraged to use the self-exclusion facility available in the Account dashboard.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. DW999 will notify the Account holder by email before applying any dormancy-related administration fee or Account closure process. Players are advised to check the Platform's current dormancy policy in the cashier terms.

13 Amendments to These Terms

DW999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform, with a reasonable period of notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DW999 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally between the parties shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

DW999 operates a formal complaints procedure. If you have a dispute or complaint relating to your Account or the Services, you should contact our support team in the first instance. DW999 will acknowledge your complaint within five (5) working days and will endeavour to resolve it within thirty (30) days.
